Melbourne Seconds field a strong team as they face Dronfield at Home. 

Chris Fulton won the toss and decided to play with the wind in the first half. Melbourne were dominate in all set plays and broke play. There were six tries in the first half scored by Ian Lucas x2, Pete Welsh, Paul Devanny x2, Blakeley, Fully converted five of the tries.

 In the second half Melbourne continued where they left off scoring two early tries, Lucas making his Hat Trick and Dave Cox scored from a quick penalty. Fulton converting both scores. Dronfield did manage to score in the corner which wasn't converted. Melbourne scored right at the end with a Nate Dogg Goodyear score in the corner which wasn't converted.

A good performance overall, A difficlut fixture against Newark awaits the seconds next week.
