Melbourne RFC Launch New WebsiteMelbourne RFC have today launched their all new website. The site is designed to be easy to navigate around and useful for both Melbourne and visiting players. Some features of the site:Match Reports – all match reports are now on their own dedicated page, which is sorted in date order (most recent first). To date, all matches for 2007-08 onwards are included, but previous seasons’ reports will be added over time. User Content Generation – authorised users are now the ones to add the content. Nominated people in each team are able to add results and/or match reports. Seniors are also to post selection. If the content isn’t being added, then give your captain/coach a friendly nudge! User Profiles – all site visitors can create their own profiles. Make sure you add yours today. Kit Shop – you can now buy club kit and merchandise through the website. The kit can then be posted to you for a small fee or collected on a Saturday afternoon from the Alma. Discussion Board – say what you think on the all new discussion forum, but remember to keep it clean! Grounds – find directions to away grounds simply. Just click on the ground name and it will bring up Google Maps directions from Melbourne.
Don’t worry if you want to find something on the old website that isn’t there yet. It can still be found here >> The site was created by Simon Brandon – please let him know what you think and what further improvements you would like to see. Contact him here >>
