We came 4^th overall with some some great shows of skill from everything we’ve learnt this season well done under 18’s!

Regional Tournament 2008

Sitting in the clubhouse where the tournament was going to commence looking at all the team that had turned up that day was pretty daunting but after some stern words from Tim Boyse it installed confidence in us to do what we always go and do.

The first match was a nail bitter but the minxes very closely lost to however, thing started to pick up by the second match some amazing tackles being put in by everyone on the pitch and some good tactical moves from the scrumhalf Emma Fox.

On the third match unfortunately Bethan Boyse had to come off the pitch after a nasty hand injury but the minxes pulled it together after the loss to win. Another great few rooks and mauls to the end of the pitch won it over for us. Great hooking from Sasika and good mauls from Kelsi Butler.

The 4^th and final match  commenced against a rather large team! Some amazing stops from the forwards and great runs from the backs meant that we could then go onto beat the final team into the ground.
