We are pleased to announce another Melbourne related success. The under 12s have a squad of 22 players and 13 played for Chellaston year 7 in the County Final on Thursday against Queen Elizabeth Grammar School. The match was played on Derby Rugby clubs first team pitch - all of it!

After a titanic 40 minutes the game ended nil-nil with both sides being declared joint champions for 2008.

Eliot Riley of Melbourne u12s captained the side and all Melbourne players played a major part with a great deal of support from all the Melbourne parents who turned up to cheer them on(noisy lot!).
